The freeze dried foods from USA Food Storage are the BEST! They rehydrate well, which allows us to use them in our everyday cooking/snacking. These foods don't have the aftertaste many freeze dried foods have, I especially like the raspberries and blueberries, I add them to my homemade trail mix and their perfect for when fresh fruit is out of season or unavailable.
